The Samson Masticating Juicer is the must have item, I have just bought one and it is amazing.
This juicer dosn't kill off the enzymes like most juicers and has a  magnetic system will help you to retain the vitamins and minerals that you get from your juice

If you want a simple and fun way to get back on the nutritional track, this is what you need. You can use this to make all kinds of fruit and vegetable juices in your home, creating an all-natural treat that will help you live better.

Juicing benefits...
1. For one thing, the body can quickly absorb larger amounts of nutrients from juices than from     solid foods so you get all the benefits fast.
